Prices
Unless otherwise stated all prices apply to one single user license for the current PowerDicom™ version in multi-modality operation.
Named licenses are locked to the computer and user account. For independency of the computer hardware and configuration we recommend the USB Version (currently only for Expert Edition).
Graduated prices can only be granted if the respective licenses are ordered simultaneously.

Also, if you have already acquired PowerDicom licenses, please don't use our order form, but contact MHGS directly. Only then we can grant you special conditions.

We need two or three days to prepare your USB flash drive. Then, there is the mail delivery time.
In urgent cases, you're welcome to request a temporary named license to bridge the time gap.

Delivery
The software (zip-file) is provided on the internet (password-protected download link). Delivery on CD is possible for an upcharge.
The invoice is sent in PDF-format
via eMail. Registration (Product Activation) takes place via eMail, too.
We deliver usually within one working day after payment entrance or receiving the registration data respectively.
Once a valid license file or activation code is delivered, it cannot be taken back.
Products, containing hardware, storage media, or printed material, will be sent ASAP per mail. Costs for package and shipping are included in the price, unless otherwise stated.
Revocation
According to § 312 d Abs. 4 Nr. 2 BGB, there is no withdrawal right (§355 BGB) or return right (§356 BGB) for Software, if the storage media were unsealed. For deliveries of activation codes or online delivery (e.g. per eMail or download) there is no withdrawal right either, because the transmitted data are not suitable for returning because of their character (§ 312 d Abs. 4 Nr. 1 BGB). Also for goods (software), which were built according to customer specification, there is no withdrawal right in accordance with § 312 d Abs. 4 Nr. 1 BGB.
